One of the unique advantages of the SL systems is the ability to program the beam.  In scanning mode, the beam can be programmed to collect very high resolution areas of interest to support modeling applications.  The beam can also be used in our “stop and stare” mode.  In this mode, the beam can stare at a specific location for several seconds and collect thousands of measurements to calculate the depth of cracks or other high resolution requirements.  And this can be done at long ranges of 20 meters or more.    Field Survey of a...
