Tier #1

The services offered in this tier include 3D at Depth equipment rental and sales of support equipment including spheres, sphere stands and ROV brackets.

Tier #2

The services offered at this tier include offshore survey support services.

The range of offshore support services include:
  • Online survey
  • Offline survey
  • LiDAR data integration and mobilization
LiDAR data collection and onboard QC Data deliverables will be developed based on specific client requirements.

Tier #3

The services offered at this tier include support for onshore survey and LiDAR projects.

The range of services offered at this tier include:
  • General project management
  • Procedure development and planning
  • Integration planning
  • Post project documentation
  • Mechanical mounting design and fabrication
  • General offshore survey planning and post project support.
Data deliverables will be developed based on specific client requirements.

Tier #4

The services offered at this tier include the processing and delivery of point clouds.

The most common data products include:
  • RAW e57 – As collected e57 files for each scan, organized by scan position
  • Processed Scan Position - Cleaned (particulate removed) levelled and cloud registered point cloud for each data collection setup (called a scan position)
  • Registered, multi scan position - Multiple scan positions registered into a single point cloud model; for example a field or drill center.
Delivered data formats include e57 for RAW and PTS or PLY for processed. Point clouds can be provided in either relative or real world/georeferenced coordinate systems.

Tier #5

The services offered at this tier include the derivation of point-to-point or angular measurements from the point cloud. The tools utilized include point cloud processing tools such as Cyclone Model or 3D Reshaper.

Metrology Processing Lump Sum: Onshore metrology processing can be provided as a lump sum cost to include 3D at Depth developed best practices and templates. Deliverables include a 3D CAD file and 2D CAD drawing, etc.

Single Spool collection is estimated at 3hrs on bottom assuming a single scan inclusive of a reciprocal within 12-hour shift, 24-hour operations would require 2 x operators working 12-hour shifts. Processing and QC are undertaken independent of the collection, results can be expedited with the correct resource offshore for parallel tasks and or suitable bandwidth to send data onshore for remote processing and QC. Once the project requirements and collection schedule to final reports/results are understood resource levels may need to change to meet the project's requirements. 

Additional measurement deliverables may include as-built measurements for asset installation, damage repair or decommissioning.

Tier #6

The services offered at this tier include the processing and delivery of point clouds or other derived data products into 3rd party applications. These services will require knowledge of the target systems and workflows for manipulating point clouds and CAD models into applicable formats and structures.

Example 3rd party systems include:
  • Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Immersive Collaboration such as IQ3
  • 3D CAD including AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Data management systems
In addition to data integration, services in this tier may also include the development of digital movies of datasets including fly-through’s and presentation support graphics.

Tier #7

The services offered at this tier include the derivation of datasets in support of engineering analysis. The processes include:
  • Development of parametric and free form surface and solid models of assets
  • Neutral axes and centerline creation of risers, umbilical’s and spools to determine minimum bend radius and route management
  • Seabed surface modeling and contour creation
These data deliverables support a variety of applications to include:
  • Finite element analysis
  • Decommissioning
  • Structure failure analysis
  • Clash detection
  • As-built condition of field for life of field applications
  • Seabed subsidence over time
A variety of data deliverables can be derived in this tier including 3D CAD models with surfaces or solid models, spline representations of riser and spool centerlines and reports to detail changes in structures over time.
