Virtual Reality Immersive Collaboration Platform

3D at Depth’s subsea LiDAR VR Platform “Powered by IQ3Connect” is an immersive collaboration tool connecting multiple users and key decision makers via any laptop, desktop or smart device through a secure web portal. Developed through a partnership with iQ3Connect, the technology leverages the convergence between iQ3Connect's VR web-based platform and 3D at Depth’s subsea LiDAR data to allow customers greater connectivity to access the critical data they need to make better, more effective decisions.

Using subsea LiDAR data collected through 3D at Depth’s SL laser technology and processed into highly accurate, millimetric 3D point cloud data sets, the VR platform allows clients to measure, evaluate, and analyze their data. Each session allows multiple or single users to explore and experience 3D content as if actually onsite. The digital representation of physical assets or the surrounding environment creates a seamless workflow environment from reality capture to virtual immersion. During each session, users can can intuitively travel through the resulting image using 3D hand controllers and take precise measurements up to 2 decimal places.
